An hour of pure oil magic designed for children, families and enthusiasts.
During this workshop, led by expert tasters, you will experience a journey of taste and knowledge.

What you will learn:

• How a real quality extra virgin oil

• What are the cultivar (the different varieties of olives)

• The secret of the blending, the art of combining several oils to achieve the perfect balance

What you will do:

• Taste 5 different oils learning to recognise their scents and nuances (almond, artichoke, fresh grass)

• Dial your customised oil, choosing aromatic profile and intensity

What you take home:

🍽️ The Gourmet Lunch (12:30 pm)

After the tasting, treat yourself to a Ligurian lunch in the the Emporium's in-house kitchen, where the staff prepare dishes before your eyes, using Carli products.
